1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OTerSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use OTerSpace for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Supervision Services
OTerSpace is a platform that connects occupational therapy supervisors with supervisees. We do not employ supervisors or provide supervision services directly. All supervision arrangements are between individual users.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Supervisees agree to pay for sessions at the rates set by supervisors. Refund policies are determined by individual supervisors and our platform dispute resolution process.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on OTerSpace are provided on an 'as is' basis. OTerSpace makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitations
In no event shall OTerSpace or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OTerSpace, even if OTerSpace or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
